Do you provide shipping to anywhere in Australia?
Yes we do provide shipping of our full range of dental supplies anywhere in Australia. Mostly however we provide most of our dental supplies in Melbourne and Sydney.
How much is shipping?
We ship Australia wide and internationally using Australia Post. Some products are shipped free and some others have a cost. You can communicate with us at any time to find out the costs of your item being shipped and the approximate time.
Warranty & Returns
Missing an item from your order?
Upon receipt of your parcel, please check that the contents of the parcel matches the contents as described in the enclosed invoice. Should an item be missing from your delivery, kindly contact us within 10 days from dispatch or 3 days from receipt to resolve the matter. Should we not hear from you within 10 calendar days of dispatch, we will accept that the parcel and its contents was delivered correctly.
Warranty / Returns within the first 10 days.
Please refer to the online advertisement for details of the duration of the warranty on the product.
Replacement of “Dead on Arrive” products will be at our expense. All returned goods will be checked by our service department prior to replacement. If no fault is found, the return will be at the customer’s expense.
